Interactivos?'19: Eating against collapse

Medialab-Prado, with the support of the H2020 project DITOs organizes the international collaborative prototyping workshop Interactivos? '19: Eating against collapse. The inevitable end of the agro-industrial food model; where 8 selected projects will be developed among the proposals that are sent. The workshop will run from February 14th to March 2nd, 2019, and will mix an international seminar, the prototyping workshop, the public presentation of the prototypes developed and the exhibition of them.

What do we offer?

  • Budget for materials according to the needs of the projects.
  • The flight to Madrid, accomodation and breakfast for the promoter of the project. If it is a team of promoters, only for one of the people that compose it (other members of the team can come as collaborators).
  • Accommodation and breakfast for each participant who comes from outside (limited places). Places are limited.
  • Canteen service for lunch the participants of the workshop.
  • An incredible team of professionals who will mentor and help achieve the objectives and create a good workspace.

How can you collaborate in one of the projects that are selected?


The selected projects will be published on this website around December 17th. At that time the call for collaborators will be open. All the people are invited to collaborate in the project they wish during the time of the workshop. The collaborators will be provided with accommodation, if necessary, and will be given dining service during Interactivos? '19. Bases of the call for collaborators (not yet published).

Team

  1. Luis González Reyes, as commissioner and mentor. He is a food and environmental collapse expert.
  2. Two expert food mentors with different approaches: Cathrine Kramer from Genomic Gastronomy and a second name to be confirmed.
  3. Three technical mentors, experts in various technologies: names to be confirmed.
  4. Two mediators, experts and connected with agroecological movements: names to be confirmed.
